Take the load off

The math is pretty simple, it takes power to spin a pulley. The heavier the pulley is, the more power it will take to spin it. Your motor is limited in how much power it can make. By swapping to a lighter pulley your motor will spend less power spinning pulleys, and more power spinning the wheels. Since it's easier to get the pulley spinning in the first place, you'll also see an improvement in throttle response.

Fitment Notes

These pulleys are designed for the Mazda MX-5 Miata with the Skyactiv-G 2.0 (PE-VPS) engine models only.

The Complete Package

This product is the Alternator pulley, without the other two included. It is precision machined from aluminum for perfect balance, and anodized black, right here in the USA. Installation of these pulleys is fairly straight-forward with no specialized tools required. We'd expect it to take 2-3 hours.
