DRL Harness : With Brightness Control
MARK|05-08-2021
2019 2.0 GT RF the location is the same as in the UTUBE Video passengers foot well how ever for the UK there are a couple of differences one no polystyrene to cut but you do need to remove the Bose unit its only 3 X 10mm nuts and the polystyrene wedge in front of the Bose unit that has a small plastic plug that needs to be removed once you done that remove the three Bose 10mm nuts pull it off the mounting studs and move forward around 3 inches ( carefully ) this will give you access to the metal cover remove the two 10mm nuts and the cover will lift out giving you access to the top plug its hard to see however you can feel the clip press in and the plug easy come out plug the dongle unit in and place the cars plug into the back of the dongle then check your lights on Auto they should come on with the headlights if your working in garage with the car started if on the drive way turn on the headlights and the LEDs should be on but on a reduced brightness this will comply with the Current MOT the hardest part is the removal of the little metal cover as there's not much room to manoeuvre
